5) How much do I charge a customer for my service?

◦ It costs about 4750 naira to publish a name advert (Click on – Start here – and select a newspaper. The updated price to publish with a newspaper is stated beside it).

You can charge around 6000 naira per customer, to include your service fee. This is reasonable.

However, while some agents charge as high as 9000 naira per customer, others set their service fee based on the unique characteristics of each customer.

6) How do I make payments?

◦ We use Paystack as our payment processor. Please use any of the channels that they provide to make payments.

7) I am scared about the safety of my credit card details. Am I safe?

8) How do I know that my customer's name has been published?

◦ We will inform you (by email) a day before the date that your customer's name advert will be published in a national newspaper.

9) How do I obtain a copy of the newspaper that I will give to my customer?

◦ Once we inform you of the date when your customer's name advert will be published in a national newspaper, please locate a newspaper vendor on that date and purchase a copy of the newspaper that you chose while filling the Name Advert Form. This is applicable when you choose the Buy From Vendor contract type.

◦ We will deliver a copy of the newspaper, that you chose while filling the Name Advert Form, to your specified location when you choose the Home Delivery contract type. Please note that the shipping cost is automatically added to the total cost of service, when you click on Checkout.

10) How do I know the section of the newspaper that contains the modified name after it has been published?

◦ On page 18 of the E-newspaper, you will find the exact format of modified names, after publication.

11) What is a Court Affidavit and how does it relate to Newspaper Name Modification?

◦ A court affidavit is a sworn statement or declaration made voluntarily in writing and given under oath before a court or other authorized official.

The details of the name to be published in a national newspaper must be stated clearly within the body of the court affidavit.

A court affidavit can be obtained from a court of law or notary public near you.

12) While uploading a picture of the Court Affidavit or Valid Means of Identification, I keep seeing a "File Too Large" error. How do I stop it?
